Baby Jake

I had a quick session with Baby Jake the other day while the fam and I were at his big brother's birthday party. I snuck the little cutie away to surprise his mommy and daddy, but of course, they had to come looking for their son! So while the surprise was ruined, Amber (mom) directed me to the clean clothes and blankets so that I could let my imagination run! I got some really cute ones, but being only a few months old, he tired out on me pretty quickly.

Lily Bat Mitzvah

CONGRATULATIONS, LILY!!

We had the honor of being Lily's photographers for her Bat Mitzvah. It was our first time at this type of special celebration and I was SO excited to be there. The singing was absolutely beautiful and the meaning behind everything was awesome. AND - I have always wanted to see someone hoisted up in a chair in celebration and I was not disappointed -- I got 5 times the excitement since not just Lily, but her whole family got in on the action! Tiffany & I both wished we could have a turn, especially with how much fun her Dad made it look. It was a very fun yet still very beautiful celebration, down to the very last detail.

Precious

I had a mid-term to study for and headed over to my friend Erin's house to study. I was greeted at the door by the most adorable, cutest, softest...you name it...dog ever! Her name is Lexi, but Erin refers to her as "Precious" and I think it fits her perfectly. From what I hear she is spoiled by her mommy and treated like a princess. I can't say I blame her because it's hard to say no to a face like this. ~Tiffany

PB Dye & Chef Bryan

We just have to give a major shout out to PB Dye Golf Club. Every time we have been there the staff has been so sweet and the food has been absolutely AMAZING. And then, of course, there is the unbelievable view. If you are thinking of having a wedding or any other event there, you should! And perhaps you'll get lucky and Chef Bryan's wife will create some kind of special dessert like the strawberry shortcake/oreo mouse desserts below. We don't get anything out of telling you to go there. Unless of course you go there and then hire us as your photographers so we can take beautiful pictures in the sunset, maybe drive a golf cart or two, and then sample some of the mouth-watering food & dessert. Especially the dessert. :)

Ray & Camille

Happy 50th Anniversary!!
Everyone could feel the love in the room as family and friends gathered to celebrate the love of Ray & Camille. In an age when people are beginning to see marriage as 'disposable' it is amazing to see a couple who still obviously love each other and will continue to love each other "til death do us part." It's also obvious that they have taught their family the importance of love. This was my first time meeting them and yet I felt tears in my eyes as I listened to people share things about them and celebrate them. Truly, this family is a blessing. I just hope that I, too, can leave my children with a legacy of love like this one day.
